Iphone 4 white Brand new condition showing no service quick sale ?

bought this phone from gumtree and got blocked a week later, phone itself is mint looks brand new not a mark as u can see in the picture. its the 16gb model not the 8gb , has cydia installed can be removed if u tell me before. no other problems just no service , can be posted abroad or unblocked
