HTC HD2 working but needs repair ANY NETWORK & BOXED ?

HTC HD2 switches on etc but i have been told it requires new software as it has an unresponsive touch screen, it sometimes works but is slow and then freezes , phone is in excellent condition, boxed with charger and cover - open to swaps for another phone or will sell make me an offer
