Hi I am selling my as good as new iPhone 4S 64GB in black as I have upgraded to the iPhone 5. The phone is in as new condition and mark free, it is a direct apple phone so is unlocked and sim free. I have the box but no head phones as I got the upgraded ones and am keeping them but if I get the asking price would look at giving you the ones I got with my iPhone 5.
